Each of the four members is going to have different responsibilities.

editor in chief

You are in charge – if necessary you decide (after discussions with the others of course) what is to be included.

research editor

You are the one who finds the material – the others may give instructions as to what they want.

copy editor

You are the one who takes the material and puts it into a form that is easily understood by students – you may have to rewrite some of it.

layout editor

You are the one who makes sure that the material is presented in a way that aids understanding – how much to include per page, illustrations etc.
